Approved.
  1. Applicant will install two trees, between 8' & 10', at time of planting, in the Rocky River Dr front yard. Applicant suggested using Sycamore. Committee recommends London Plane, which is a hybrid cultivar of the American sycamore, and is more tolerant of urban conditions than ordinary American sycamores.
  2. Applicant will install Austrian Pines along property line with neighbor. Note: Applicant suggested Australian Pines, which are a tropical species and are considered highly invasive in parts of the southern United States. Austrian Pines are the correct choice for our climate and ecosystem.
  3. Windows will be wrapped in an aluminum coil. Color of coil will be selected, in the field, to blend in with the brick color of the building.
